INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
- 🧅 5cm (15g) white part of green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
Soup Base
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Place dried wakame in a bowl and soak in water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Slice the white part of the green onion thinly at an angle.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced beef and grated garlic, cooking until the beef changes color.
Add the soup base ingredients (salt, chicken broth powder, water) to the pot. Skim off any foam and bring to a boil. Add wakame and green onion, simmering for about 2 minutes. Serve in bowls and garnish with white sesame seeds.
