- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 red chili
Seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Pinch of black pepper
Broth
- 300 ml kelp broth
Garnish
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, and slice into half-moon shapes.
Slice the onion thinly and cut the green onion and red chili diagonally.
Place zucchini and onion in a pot.
Add shrimp paste, minced garlic, cooking wine, red pepper powder, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Pour 300 ml of kelp broth into the pot.
Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Once the zucchini and onion turn translucent, add green onion and red chili.
Cook for an additional minute, then turn off the heat.
