- 🌭 6 sausages

Seasonings
- A pinch of dried parsley
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
ÉTAPES
Cut sausages into thirds. Quarter the potatoes and soak them in water for 5 minutes.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes. Grate the potatoes.
Mix grated potatoes with seasonings. Take enough mixture to wrap around a piece of sausage and shape into a ball. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil to 170°C. Fry the potato balls until golden brown. Serve with ketchup.
