INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g frozen lamb slices
Noodles
- 40g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
- 30g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 150ml water
Seasoning
- A pinch of ground white sesame
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Freeze lamb slices in a freezer bag for 45 minutes, then store in the freezer.
Slice carrot thinly and cut chives into 4cm pieces.
Defrost frozen lamb in the refrigerator, then marinate with sake, sugar, soy sauce, and garlic for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add carrot and marinated lamb (including marinade), and stir-fry until the lamb changes color.
Add glass noodles and water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes until noodles are cooked.
Cook over medium heat until the liquid evaporates, then add chives and stir briefly.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with ground white sesame.
