- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 50g chives
Noodles
- 40g short glass noodles
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 3 1/2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 💧 100ml water
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Layer the pork, bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, chives, and glass noodles in a pan.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix the garlic, BBQ sauce, water, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the layered ingredients and cover the pan.
Steam-cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes until the noodles are soft and the pork is cooked through.
