Chicken
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
Spices
- 5 dried chilies
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn
Condiments
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Cooking Oil
- 5 tbsp salad oil
Thickener
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl, add the meat seasoning (ginger paste, cooking wine, soy sauce), and mix well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes, then coat with cornstarch.
Cut the green onion into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and pan-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan. Add garlic, dried chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the green onion and cooked chicken back to the pan. Stir-fry together, then season with salt and sugar. Mix well and serve.
