- 1 tbsp consomme

ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and carrot.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, marinate with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add rice, consomme, salt, pepper, and water to the rice cooker. Mix well, flatten the rice, and top with butter, onion, and carrot. Cook as usual.
Heat olive oil in a pan, cook the marinated chicken until browned, and place it on the cooked rice. Serve and enjoy!
