Noodles
- 200g somen noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Canned Goods
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- Pinch of black pepper
Herbs
- 🌿 2-3 basil leaves
Sauce
- 🍋 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, cook somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Remove the stems and seeds from the red and yellow bell peppers, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the bell peppers, and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Mix the lemon juice, sugar, and salt in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
In a separate bowl, combine the tuna (including its oil), somen noodles, and the prepared sauce. Mix well.
Plate the noodles, top with the stir-fried bell peppers, and garnish with torn basil leaves. Sprinkle black pepper to finish.
