- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
Protein
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil
Dressing
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 🌰 2 tsp mustard
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🧀 2 tsp grated cheese
ÉTAPES
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute. Drain the tuna can.
Mash the boiled eggs in a container until slightly chunky. Mix in the drained tuna and combine with the lettuce.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a container. Serve the salad on a plate and drizzle the dressing on top.
