- 🥬 1 head lettuce (300g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Salt Dressing
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well.

In a bowl, mix all the salt dressing ingredients. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add it along with the wakame to the bowl. Mix well.

Plate the salad and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
