- 20g short-type vermicelli
- 🥬 2 leaves (60g) lettuce
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add dried wakame and vermicelli to the boiling broth, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot. Cook briefly until the lettuce softens.
