INGRÉDIENTS

- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves lettuce (120g)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Fold each lettuce leaf into 4cm width and roll tightly. Wrap each with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls in the pan and cook until browned. Flip them over, add cooking wine, and cover with a lid. Steam for 1–2 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, stir-fry briefly while rolling the wraps. Remove from the pan, let cool, and remove the toothpicks.
