- 150g somen noodles
- 100g sliced pork
- 230g stir-fry vegetables mix
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Soup
- 600ml water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add sliced pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add stir-fry vegetable mix and cook until softened.
Season the stir-fried pork and vegetables with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Boil water in a pot, add somen noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.
In a pot, combine water, salt, chicken stock powder, and pepper. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
Place somen noodles in serving bowls, pour the soup over them, and top with the stir-fried pork and vegetables.
