Protein
- 🐖 300g pork belly block
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 1 piece minced ginger
- Boiled komatsuna, as needed
Staple
- 🍚 2 servings cooked white rice
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 200ml water
ÉTAPES
Mince the ginger and cut the pork belly into 1cm cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the ginger until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add all the seasoning ingredients (sugar, sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and water) and mix well. Add the boiled eggs and cover with a lid.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve the cooked pork and eggs over a bowl of white rice. Garnish with boiled komatsuna.
