- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
- 🟩 2 sheets nori seaweed
Protein
- 170g luncheon meat, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
Condiment
- Mayonnaise, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Slice luncheon meat into 1cm thick pieces and pan-fry over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from pan.
Heat salad oil in the pan, crack eggs into the pan, and cook until the whites are set. Add 1 tbsp water, cover, and cook on low-medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Place a sheet of nori on plastic wrap. Add warm rice in the center, layer lettuce, mayonnaise, cooked luncheon meat, fried egg, and more rice. Wrap with nori and cut in half.
