- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 slice of spam
- 🟩 1 sheet of nori
- 20g pickled takana
- 1 tsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Place the spam slice in a frying pan and cook over medium heat until browned. Remove from the pan.
Add salad oil to the same pan and heat over medium. Pour in the beaten egg and shape it into a square the same size as the spam. Flip and cook until done, then remove.
Lay a sheet of nori on a piece of plastic wrap. Place half the rice in the center, followed by the spam, egg, pickled takana, and the remaining rice. Wrap with the nori and then the plastic wrap. Let it sit for a while to set, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
