ÉTAPES
Drain the canned mackerel and chop the kimchi finely.
Mix the mackerel, kimchi, and the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, cheese, black pepper) in a bowl.
Place the filling onto the spring roll wrappers, wrap tightly, and seal the edges with the flour-water mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the spring rolls, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
