INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet mackerel
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
Seasoning
- sufficient amount of flour
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- sufficient amount of salad oil
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and pat dry with a paper towel. Coat with flour.
Cut the tomato into chunks and slice the zucchini into 1cm thick pieces after halving lengthwise.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Heat salad oil to 180°C and fry the mackerel and zucchini until golden. While still hot, immerse them in the marinade prepared in step 3. Cool and mix with the tomato.
