INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade tuna
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetable
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- To taste toasted white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Combine mirin, soy sauce, and water in a small pot. Bring to a boil, then let cool.
Cut the tuna into 1.5cm cubes.
Mix the cooled sauce, wasabi, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the tuna and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Dice the avocado into 1.5cm cubes and mix with the marinated tuna.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with the tuna and avocado mixture, and place the egg yolk in the center.
