- 100g garlic chives
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp mustard paste
ÉTAPES
Cut the tuna into 2cm cubes and garlic chives into 3cm lengths.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (miso, sugar, vinegar, mustard paste) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the garlic chives briefly, then cool them in cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
Combine the tuna, garlic chives, and the prepared seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
