INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
- 10g boiled whitebait
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Pat the tuna dry with kitchen paper and cut into 1cm cubes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl, add the tuna, and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with marinated tuna, whitebait, egg yolks, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
