- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) germinated rice
Fish
- 🐟 200g tuna trimmings
Vegetables
- 🌱 8 okra pods (96g)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- 🌾 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

- 🥚 2 egg yolks
ÉTAPES
Cook the germinated rice and set aside in bowls.
Slice the tuna trimmings into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the okra briefly and slice into thin pieces.
Thinly slice the cucumber and mince the garlic.
Combine the tuna, okra, cucumber, garlic, salted kombu, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sake, mirin, and soy sauce.
Pour the sauce over the tuna mixture and stir well.
Serve the mixture over the rice and top with egg yolks.
