- 125g konjac, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 85g maitake mushrooms, separated into small clusters
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salted butter

- 1 tsp sliced chili
ÉTAPES
Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters.
Tear konjac into bite-sized pieces and boil in a pot of water over medium heat for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Dry-roast the konjac in a frying pan over medium heat until the surface dries. Add maitake mushrooms and chili, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
Add butter and soy sauce, stirring until the butter melts and coats the ingredients evenly.
