INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, to taste
Marinade
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
ÉTAPES
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice red and yellow bell peppers thinly.
Thinly slice the onion, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, rub gently, rinse with water, and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the mushrooms and peppers, and stir-fry until lightly browned. Transfer to the marinade bowl and mix.
Add the onion and drained tuna to the marinade bowl, mix gently, plate, and garnish with parsley.
