Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oils and Fats
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of maitake mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, soy sauce, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until the garlic turns golden. Remove the garlic.
Add maitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add cooked rice and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy.
Add the seasoning mixture, butter, and sesame seeds to the pan. Stir quickly to combine evenly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with the fried garlic and chopped green onions.
