- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 2 packs maitake mushrooms (200g)
- 🍅 8 mini tomatoes
- 4 shiso leaves
Dairy
- 🧀 4 pieces processed cheese (60g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

ÉTAPES
Separate maitake mushrooms into 8 small clusters. Cut processed cheese into halves. Remove stems from mini tomatoes and quarter them. Slice shiso leaves thinly.
Place maitake and cheese on each pork slice and roll tightly. Repeat for 8 rolls and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the pork rolls with panko and place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil. Bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until cooked through.
Mix mini tomatoes, shiso leaves, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl to prepare the Japanese-style tomato sauce.
Serve the baked pork rolls on a plate and drizzle with the tomato sauce.
