INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 20 dumplings
- 1/2 paprika
- 5 cm green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- Corn starch water as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
Optional
- Oligosaccharide as needed
ÉTAPES
Dice green onion, paprika, and onion finely.
Prepare the Kanpunggi sauce by mixing oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, vinegar, and water.
Heat a pan with enough oil and fry the dumplings until golden and crispy on both sides.
Remove the fried dumplings and set them aside on a plate.
Stir-fry the diced vegetables in the same pan until softened.
Pour the prepared Kanpunggi sauce into the pan and mix well.
Add corn starch water to thicken the sauce and let it simmer until bubbling.
Turn off the heat, add the fried dumplings, and drizzle oligosaccharide over them.
Mix everything well and serve the Mandu Kanpunggi hot.
