INGRÉDIENTS
Wrapper
- 8 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 30g chives, chopped
Noodles
- 40g harusame noodles
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- as needed salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 100ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
Wrapper Seal
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Soak harusame noodles in hot water until softened, drain, and cut into 4cm lengths.
Mince the green onion and chop the chives into 3cm lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, doubanjiang, and ground pork. Stir-fry until fragrant and pork changes color.
Add sauce ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) and harusame noodles. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then thicken with cornstarch slurry. Mix in chives and let cool.
Place a spring roll wrapper with a corner facing you. Add 1/8 of the filling near the bottom corner, roll tightly, and seal with flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C. Fry the rolls seam-side down for 2 minutes, then flip and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
