INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade yellowtail
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetable
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiment
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool.
Add wasabi and white sesame seeds to the cooled sauce and mix well. Add the yellowtail pieces and coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Plate the marinated yellowtail, place the egg yolk in the center, and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
