- 120g cake flour
- 4g matcha powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 55g softened butter
- 🥚 1 egg yolk

Chocolate
- 45g chopped white chocolate
- 30g chopped dark chocolate
ÉTAPES
Cream the softened butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add the egg yolk and mix well. Sift the cake flour and matcha powder three times, then gently fold them into the mixture.
Mix in the chopped white and dark chocolate. Shape the dough into your desired form, wrap it in plastic wrap, and freeze for 1 hour.
Slice the dough into 0.5cm thick pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
