INGRÉDIENTS

- 90g cake flour
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 4g baking powder
- 5g matcha powder
- 🍬 70g sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 90g melted butter
- 🥚 2 eggs
ÉTAPES
Melt the butter and prepare eggs at room temperature. Measure all ingredients.
Whisk eggs with sugar until dissolved.
Sift cake flour, matcha powder, and salt into the egg mixture.
Add cooled melted butter and mix the batter. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Grease the madeleine pan with butter or oil and dust with flour to prevent sticking.
Preheat the oven and fill the pan with batter.
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 10 minutes until the madeleines puff up and form a dome.
Remove the madeleines from the oven and let them cool. Enjoy the shell-shaped treats!
