- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥓 150g spam, diced
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Dice the spam into small pieces.
Mix 2 cups of cooked rice with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise in a bowl.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the diced spam until golden brown.
Crack 2 eggs into the pan and mix well with the spam.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and stir-fry briefly.
Add the mayonnaise-coated rice to the pan and press it down while stir-frying.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 tbsp of sesame seeds on top before serving.
