INGRÉDIENTS

- 1 burdock root
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- As needed salad oil
- 🍋 Sliced lemon as garnish
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Cut burdock root into 5cm pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave in a heatproof container with plastic wrap for 4 minutes at 600W.
Wrap each piece of burdock root with thinly sliced pork belly.
Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the pork-wrapped burdock root in the mixture for 15 minutes.
Coat the marinated pork-wrapped burdock root evenly with potato starch. Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
