INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 40g vermicelli
- 150g ground chicken
- 50g kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Chicken Meatball Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Broth Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 400ml water
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
ÉTAPES
Finely chop half of the green onion and slice the other half diagonally. Soak vermicelli in hot water and cut into manageable lengths.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, finely chopped green onion, and the chicken meatball ingredients until sticky. Divide into 6 portions.
Heat the broth ingredients in a pot. Once boiling, scoop the chicken mixture into the pot using a spoon. Skim off any foam and add diagonally sliced green onion. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Add vermicelli, kimchi, and sesame oil to the pot. Simmer briefly.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
