INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🍖 125g ground beef
- 🍖 125g ground pork
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
Other
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 5 tbsp cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the onion and carrot. You can use only onion if preferred.
Mix ground beef, ground pork, carrot, onion, a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp cooking wine.
Shape the mixture into round meatballs.
Coat the meatballs with 2 tbsp cornstarch.
Heat 5 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and pan-fry the meatballs until golden brown.
Remove the cooked meatballs and set them aside.
In the same pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and cooking wine. Bring to a boil.
Mix 2 tbsp water with 1 tbsp cornstarch and add to the boiling sauce. Stir until thickened.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and serve.
