- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🥦 6 florets broccoli
Meatballs
- 250g ground meat
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
Demi-Glace Sauce
- 1 can demi-glace sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces. Place carrot, broccoli, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool.
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk, then add the remaining meatball ingredients and mix until sticky. Divide into 10 portions, shape into balls, and coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning, until all sides are browned.
Add the demi-glace sauce mixture to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes. Add the carrots and broccoli, and heat through.
