- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 50g mentaiko
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Coating
- as needed potato starch

ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Slice open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, mentaiko, sake, soy sauce, and grated garlic. Massage the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Coat the chicken with potato starch.
Heat about 1cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the chicken pieces on medium heat for 2 minutes without touching them until the surface firms up. Flip and fry until golden brown and fully cooked, about 3 minutes.
