- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🥦 1/3 head broccoli

- 🧀 4 tbsp grated cheese
- 🥛 60 ml milk

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- 🍝 160 g pasta
ÉTAPES
Mince the garlic and remove the skin from the mentaiko, then flake the mentaiko meat.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in grated cheese, flaked mentaiko, milk, and dashi granules.
Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli to the pot 2 minutes before the pasta finishes cooking. Drain well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli, then stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat and immediately add the egg mixture to the pan. Toss quickly to coat the pasta evenly. The residual heat will thicken the sauce. Season with pepper and serve.
