- 🧀 2 tbsp of pizza cheese
- 🥛 80ml of milk

Reserve 1/2 tsp of mentaiko. In a mug, combine the cooked rice, mentaiko, cheese, and milk. Mix well.

Cover the mug loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

Top with shredded nori and the reserved mentaiko before serving.
