INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups rice
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- Salad oil as needed
Toppings
- Mentaiko as needed
- Shredded nori as desired
Butter Rice Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 consomme cube
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
Mentaiko Cream Sauce
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 2 mentaiko sacs
- Pinch of kombu tea
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Wash the rice, add water for 2 cups, and place the butter rice ingredients on top. Cook as usual.
Prepare the mentaiko cream sauce. Melt butter in a pan, lower the heat, add flour, and mix. Gradually add milk while stirring to thicken, then add mentaiko. Adjust the flavor with kombu tea and salt.
Mix eggs and milk together.
Heat salad oil generously in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently with a spatula until cooked. Place the cooked egg on top of the rice.
Top with mentaiko cream sauce, mentaiko, and shredded nori. Serve and enjoy!
