INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1 piece mentaiko (70g)
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
- 2 packs frozen udon noodles
White Sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut open the mentaiko and remove the contents. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts.
Place the frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for the time indicated on the package.
In another microwave-safe container, add butter and heat at 600W for 10 seconds to melt. Add flour and mix well.
Gradually add milk to the butter-flour mixture while stirring. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 2-2.5 minutes. Stir again.
Add consomme powder, salt, pepper, and half of the mentaiko to the sauce. Mix well.
Serve the udon noodles in bowls, pour the sauce over them, and top with the remaining mentaiko and kaiware sprouts.
