ÉTAPES
Cut the baguette into 6 equal slices.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix butter until smooth. Add mentaiko and grated garlic, and mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly on the baguette slices. Place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
