- 1 mentaiko roe

Sauce
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut open the mentaiko roe and extract the contents.
Mix the sauce ingredients (butter, mayonnaise, soy sauce) and mentaiko in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 30 seconds.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for the time indicated on the package.
Combine the heated udon with the sauce in the bowl. Mix thoroughly and top with nori flakes before serving.
