ÉTAPES
Shred the salad chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.
Place melting cheese and halved shiso leaves on a spring roll wrapper, followed by mentaiko and shredded salad chicken.
Fold the sides of the wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the end with a mixture of flour and water.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Brush lightly with sesame oil and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
