INGRÉDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (green part), chopped
Condiments
- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add dried shirasu, and stir-fry to remove moisture.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until the grains separate.
Push the rice to one side of the pan, add beaten eggs to the empty space, and cook until semi-set.
Add chopped green onion, mentaiko, and soy sauce, then stir-fry everything together.
Serve the fried rice on a plate.
