INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 40g vermicelli
- 80g sliced pork
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and stems, and slice them thinly. Slice the carrot thinly as well.
Place the vermicelli in a large microwave-safe container, add the sauce ingredients (sake, BBQ sauce, chili oil, and water), and soak. Add the pork and carrot, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Add the bell peppers, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, mix, cover again with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
