- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack sprouts
Seafood
- 🦐 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Liquid
- 500cc hot water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the sprouts at the root and halve them.
Place the spaghetti (broken in half) in a microwave-safe container with hot water and 1/2 tsp salt. Microwave at 600W for 2–3 minutes longer than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of the cooking water.
In another microwave-safe container, combine the sprouts, sakura shrimp, cooked spaghetti, and reserved cooking water. Mix in soy sauce and butter, then season with salt and pepper.
