- 250g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) white rice
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut pork belly into thin strips and green onion into 3cm pieces.
Rinse komatsuna in water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool and cut into 3cm pieces.
Mix sauce ingredients in a heatproof container, add pork, and mix well. Place green onion on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Remove, uncover, stir, and microwave again at 600W for 2 minutes.
Cut boiled egg in half. Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with pork mixture, komatsuna, and egg.
