INGRÉDIENTS
Meat Mixture
- 🍖 200g ground beef
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp meat juice
Garnish
- 🥦 2 florets broccoli
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🥕 2cm carrot, shaped
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and soak breadcrumbs in milk.
Mix all meat mixture ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Place the meat mixture on a heatproof plate lined with parchment paper, wrap it, and twist the ends to seal. Microwave at 600W for 6–7 minutes until cooked. Reserve 1 tbsp of meat juice.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Stir well.
Prepare garnish: halve cherry tomatoes, shape carrots into rugby-ball shapes, and microwave broccoli and carrots with 2 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W.
Plate the meatloaf, pour the sauce over, and arrange the garnish vegetables around it.
