INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g), diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly. Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Chop the carrot into small bite-sized pieces by cutting diagonally and rotating as you slice.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar). Add the pork, onion, potatoes, and carrot, and mix well to coat with the seasoning.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 10 minutes. Stir well, then cover again and let it rest for about 15 minutes to cool slightly and allow flavors to meld.
